Lutheran Volunteer Corp is a service program which offers young volunteers to opportunity to serve service agencies in 10 locations throughout the country. Volunteers living in a community setting during their year of service.  Saint Stephen’s supports the LVC program personally by providing local family contacts for many of the volunteers, and financially.
