Emmanuel Dining Room is a program of Ministry of Caring. Once a month Saint Stephen’s members provide food and labor to serve lunch to hungry individuals in downtown Wilmington. Volunteers are needed monthly to bake desserts, get food to the site, and prepare and serve the lunch.
